Our Members Pay No Setup Fees!
Join as an individual (single), individual plus 1 other member of your household (Co-Member) or the whole family (family member).
Agreement: By becoming a member and completing the form on our partner broker's secure web page I elect to become a member of MedCard and agree to pay the monthly fee of $14.95 for Silver membership (individual membership, co-membership or for family membership) or $21.95 for Gold membership beginning immediately from the date of my enrollment and every month thereafter that I choose to remain a member. The Membership includes (1) 24/7 TeleMedicine access (2) PAP Drug Cost help (3) Patient Advocate Service(4) Free Rx Help Discount Card. Telemedicine benefits can take up to 72 hours to be activated. Cancel anytime by emailing member ID to membersupport@medcardmember.com. Your card will be billed monthly within 72 hours of your enrollment date. So for instance, if you enroll March 31st, your future draft dates will be between the 28th - 3rd of each month. If you don't have a referral ID enter NA in the text box.

Here’s How Recurring Payments Work:
You authorize regularly scheduled charges to your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover card. You will be charged the amount indicated below each billing period. Each charge will appear on your statement. You agree that no prior-notification will be provided unless the date or amount changes, in which case you will receive notice from us at least 10 days prior to the payment being collected (unless being billed later for a previously failed payment).
